Our journey to Lake Como begins from Cortina d'Amprezzo, high in the Italian Alps, where we will spend a day visiting the sites and luxury accomodations from "For Your Eyes Only". (See Cortina). Our 007 Bus will take us down the western shores of Lake Como, where we will stop to visit Mr. White's Villa Gaeta from "Casino Royale". 
From there, we are joined by a special guest tour host, who has a wealth of knowledge on the filming of both "Casino Royale" and "Quantum of Solace" and on to the Villa Del Balbianello, which we have secured private access for our tour of this magnificent structure and grounds.
The Villa del Balbianello is a villa in the comune of Lenno (province of Como), Italy, overlooking Lake Como. It is located on the tip of a small wooded peninsula on the western shore of the south-west branch of Lake Como, not far from the Isola Comacina and is famous for its elaborate terraced gardens.
The villa was built in 1787 on the site of a Franciscan monastery for the Cardinal Angelo Maria Durini. The two towers which can be seen in the picture are the campanili of the convent church. Balbianello has been featured in many films but is best known to our audience as the recuperation stay for James Bond in "Casino Royale".
You will remember Bond in the chair contemplating the beautiful Lake Como, Mathis being "tasered" and of course, the pivotal disclosure of Bond to Vesper of his bank password. Del Balbianello takes on an incredible change, through CGI, in "Star Wars- Attack of the Clones" where it becomes a beautiful Lake Retreat on Naboo and the site of where the romance of Anakin Skywalker and Padme blossomed. We will appreciate the vistas by hosting a lakeside Vesper Martini party for our agents, shaken not stirred.
Our tour leaves Villa Del Balbianello and we check into The Hotel Barchetta Excelsior, located on the marina with exceptional views over Lake Como.
